What is Cannonball Crush? 
Cannonball Crush is a fun, exciting, yet challenging race with over 15 obstacles designed to test strength, determination and team spirit.

How long is Cannonball Crush? 
The Cannonball Crush course is 5 kilometres.

Where does Cannonball Crush take place? 
Cannonball Crush takes place at Fort Henry in Kingston, Ontario. Fort Henry is a National Historic Site of Canada as well as a World Heritage Site along with the Rideau Canal. The Fort was built in the 1800’s to defend the Rideau Canal, the Royal Naval Dockyards, and Kingston harbour from American aggression. Today, Fort Henry is a living history museum, depicting British Army life in the year 1867.

Where can I park during the event? How much does parking cost? 
Parking is free! You can park your vehicle in our main parking lot beside the Discovery Centre.

Is Fort Henry open on race day?
Fort Henry will remain open during the event. Operating times are 9:30am to 5:00pm. The Battery Bistro and Trade Square will also be open to the public.

What is the minimum age requirement? 
Rushers must be 18 years or older on race day to participate.

Who can compete in Cannonball Crush? 
As long as you are over the age of 18 – you can compete! Cannonball Crush has been designed for all fitness levels. We encourage everyone to try and conquer Fort Henry.

How do I register for Cannonball Crush?
Registration is easy! Click the link on our website and follow the onscreen instructions. If you are registering a team, you can register the whole team, or sign up as the team captain and have your teammates sign up under you.

What is the deadline for registration?
Online registration closes June 7, 2017 at midnight.

Can I register after the deadline for registration? 
Yes, after online registration closes you can register at Fort Henry admissions up until 30 minutes before the race starts.

What do I get with my registration?
Every registrant will receive: - Cannonball Crush Memoribilia item - Professional chip timing - Entry to the Beerfest After Party - Parking - Bragging rights

Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds. You may still receive your race kit on the day of the race, or a later date of your choosing.  You may also transfer your registration to a friend, contact Greg.Gouthro@parks.on.ca for assistance.

What if my teammate can no longer attend?
If you or a teammate can no longer attend, but have already registered, we cannot offer a refund. However, teams may replace members under the same registration. Contact Greg.Gouthro@parks.on.ca for more information.

What kinds of obstacles are at Cannonball Crush? 
Cannonball Crush provides challenging obstacles that include climbing, crawling, swimming and more. The course is very unique with both modern and historical themed obstacles.

What time should I arrive on race day? 
Race day registration and bag check begins at 8:30am at the Fort Henry Discovery Centre. We recommend all Rushers arrive no later than 9:00am.

What should I wear to Cannonball Crush? 
Running shoes are a must. Other than that, feel free to dress up however you want! We love seeing individuals and teams in costume.

Are spectators allowed? Do they need to pay admission to attend?
Spectators are welcome and encouraged! There will be spectator zones with great views of the action, and there is no admission cost to watch your loved ones Rush through the course from these zones.

Will there be a bag check for my belongings? 
Yes. You can check your bags or car keys during race day registration. Important valuables should be locked safely in your car.
