A. We are not recommending this event for children 10 and under as it does have areas that are rather frightening.

Q. I purchased my tickets in advance - does this exempt me from line-ups?
A. Proceed through to the Shop of Horrors to redeem your Ticket Web printed confirmation. We will process you as quickly as we can at that check point.

Q. I booked a tour through Fort Henry, does this exempt our group from line-ups and where do we meet our tour guide?
A. Unfortunately booked tours do not give you line privileges. Fort Fright is not a guided tour, you will not be provided with a tour guide. Please have the appointed supervisor/group leader/co-ordinator pay the lump sum payment for the group. We recommend that if you do come with a large group, it is best to go in groups of five or six through Fort Fright.

Q. If I have a group of 15 or more, we each pay $7.00 + GST?
A. Yes, if you come with a group of 15 or more people it is $7.00 + GST ($7.35); however, in order to get the group rate, it must be all one payment and all members of the group must be present at the time of payment.

Q. What is the difference between the haunted walk of Kingston and Fort Fright?
A. The Haunted Walk is the telling of the ghost stories in and around Fort Henry. Fort Fright is a haunted attraction designed within the lower fort of Fort Henry.

A. In order to receive the Haunted Walk, you must also purchase a ticket to Fort Fright.

A. If you purchased an advanced ticket at the admission booth during hours of operation, please proceed to security and have your tickets out and ready to show the security staff.
