Disabled Access

With the exception of the underground firing chambers and the upper level exhibit rooms, Fort Henry is completely accessible to wheelchairs. The men's and women's washrooms have been specially equipped for wheelchair access, and the Garrison Store has a portable wheel chair ramp that can be installed upon request.

First Aid

The first aid room is located in the Lower Fort in the room at the base of the flag pole. Staff, trained in Emergency First Aid, are available to assist visitors and staff.

Information Centre

The Fort Henry Information Centre is located on County Road 2 at the entrance to the Fort and is normally open during the season from 10am to 5pm. The staff provide a wealth of information on events, attractions and activities at Fort Henry other Parks of the St. Lawrence sites as well as those in the greater Kingston area and in Eastern Ontario. The Information Centre also offers services such as ticket sales to Fort Henry and local attractions.

Lost and Found

Lost and found services are provided by the Administration Office in the Upper Fort. This office will also coordinate searches for lost parents and children.
