We extend a warm welcome to food vendors eager to showcase their offerings at our upcoming event, YGK Craft Beer Fest. Whether you operate a food truck, a food stand, or a restaurant with a mobile station, our event provides an excellent opportunity for you to showcase your food and connect with the Kingston community. We invite you to apply to participate in our event and share in the vibrant atmosphere it promises. Description: YGK Craft Beer Fest is a waterfront festival celebrating craft food and drink, music, and scenic views. Fort Henry’s South Hill will come alive with live entertainment performances, games, and photo ops as guests experience gourmet food, artisans, and beverage vendors serving up beer, cider, and other special offerings.

YGK Beer Fest - Food Vendor Application 2026 (EN)

Please ensure that your business meets the following qualifications for participation in the event. Please check all boxes to qualify to be a vendor.

The vendor must be an Ontario-based food truck and have the capability to set up a mobile restaurant with its own independent power and water source.

All content must be suitable for an all-ages event.

The vendor must be equipped with all items to safely store, prepare, and serve food and non-alcoholic beverages to the public.

The vendor must have a permanent or temporary hand-washing station.

Vendor Fee: $250 + HST

Applications are due by January 16, 2026. Only those chosen to proceed will be contacted for booking.

This form is confidential in nature and will be viewed by the event manager and vendor selection committee at Fort Henry. The St. Lawrence Parks Commission (SLPC) is bound by regulations under FIPPA (Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act).

Please note if selected you will be required to enter an agreement with Fort Henry and will be required to provide a copy of General Liability insurance, including the St. Lawrence Parks Commission as an additional insured.
