Apply to be an Artisan Vendor at YGK Craft Beer Fest!

We extend a warm welcome to artisan vendors interested in showcasing their locally crafted goods at our upcoming event, YGK Craft Beer Fest. We invite you to apply to participate in our event and share in the vibrant atmosphere it promises. Please complete the following application form and thank you for considering Fort Henry’s YGK Craft Beer Fest - we look forward to receiving your application!

YGK Craft Beer Fest:

  • Date: Saturday, June 13, 2026
  • Time: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
  • Description: YGK Craft Beer Fest is a waterfront festival celebrating craft food and drink, music, and scenic views. Fort Henry’s South Hill will come alive with live entertainment performances, games, and photo ops as guests experience gourmet food, artisans, and beverage vendors serving up beer, cider, and other special offerings.

All vendors are responsible for setup and teardown of their assigned vendor space. Fort Henry will provide a 15 ft x 15 ft space to each vendor to set up their booth. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent or canopy, if required.

Vendor Fee: $75 + HST

Applications are due by January 16, 2026. Only those chosen to proceed will be contacted for booking.

This form is confidential in nature and will be viewed by the event manager and vendor selection committee at Fort Henry. The St. Lawrence Parks Commission (SLPC) is bound by regulations under FIPPA (Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act).

Please note if selected you will be required to enter an agreement with Fort Henry and will be required to provide a copy of General Liability insurance, including the St. Lawrence Parks Commission as an additional insured.
