Fort Henry's Great Hall is a unique and beautiful venue option for any private function and is available throughout the year. Private functions include meetings, conferences, banquets, anniversaries, holiday parties, engagement parties and many more. The high ceilings, outdoor patio, and stunning views will be sure to leave your guests delighted and provide the perfect backdrop for your event. Included in the rental fee is the use of all parking, washroom, and kitchen facilities as well as exclusive use of all audio/visual equipment. The Great Hall is able to accommodate a maximum of 140 guests in a banquet-style seating arrangement or 190 guests for reception type events.

Meeting Room

Looking for a unique space to have daytime meetings? We offer a unique seasonal meeting space situated inside the walls of historic Fort Henry featuring beautiful stonework and arched brick ceilings known as Magazine M. This magnificent space can seat 12 guests comfortably for boardroom functions and up to 50 guests for presentation-style meetings or receptions. 

The daily rental fee includes on-site event coordination, free parking, set up and takedown of event furniture, use of event furniture, use of A/V equipment on site, liaising and more. We also offer half-day rentals. 

Our food service provider is Bytown Catering. Bytown Catering has been providing catering services since 1996 and currently offers one of the region’s most comprehensive catering menus. They ensure that clients receive the highest quality food, reliable delivery times, and personalized service all at reasonable prices.

The Great Hall is able to accommodate a maximum of 140 guests in a banquet-style seating arrangement or 190 guests for reception type events. Included in the rental fee is the use of all parking, washrooms, audio/visual equipment and as an added bonus, an on-site event coordinator during your event! Our exclusive caterer, Bytown Catering, offers a delicious variety of hors d’oeurves, plated entrees or buffet-style meal options and is happy to cater to your individual needs.
