Cannonball Crush presented by Subaru of Kingston is back at Fort Henry with exciting new challenges!

NEW! For the first time, teens (13-17) can compete in a 3.5-km, 15+ obstacle race, while adults (18+) tackle the classic 5-km, 20-obstacle course, featuring five new obstacles and a revamped finish line along Lake Ontario.

Get ready to push your limits at Kingston’s most unique obstacle course where novice to advanced competitors rise to the challenge and CRUSH IT!

Race Day Information

Pre-Race Check-In

Race kits can be picked up at the Fort Henry admissions booth from June 5 to June 12 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Members or teams can pick up individual race kits or check in their whole team, provided all waivers are completed.

Race Day Check-In

Begins at 7:00 a.m. located just off the edge of Fort Henry’s parking lot. Arrive at least 1 hour before your heat’s start time.

Parking

Parking is free in the main parking lot beside Fort Henry’s Great Hall located at 4 Fort Henry Drive, Kingston.

Racer’s Receive:

Adults (18+) receive branded water bottle, free entry into YGK Craft Beer Fest, and professional chip timing for accurate race results.

Teens (13-17) receive free ticket to Fort Henry’s historic programming (any day) and a completion ribbon to commemorate their achievement.

Both groups receive free parking, branded stickers, temporary tattoos and bragging rights!

Race Times & Awards

Race times will be displayed after the event via kiosks, QR codes, and posted online.

Awards will be given to runners in the adult heats based on finishing times.

Age Restricted Prizes Include:

• Age 18-39: Top 1 Male, Female, Non-Binary 
• Age 40-59: Top 1 Male, Female and Non-Binary 
• Age 60+: Top 1 Male, Female, Non-Binary

Winners will be announced on Cannonball Crush social media. Awards can be picked up at Fort Henry or mailed to out-of-town winners. There will be no in-person award ceremony.

Refunds & Registration Transfer

This is a non-refundable rain or shine event. 

If you or a teammate are unable to participate, you still have the option to collect your race kit at a later date of your choosing, or to transfer your registration to another individual. The final date for registration changes is May 31, 2025.

Spectators

Spectators are welcome to cheer on the racers at the start and finish line. No fee is required.

Leashed dogs are welcome but must remain outside Fort Henry’s walls, except for service dogs.

Fort Henry will be open for historic programming from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tickets can be purchased online.
